Signs Now Traverse City opened in 1990. Since then, Signs Now has been restructured and grown to the company it is today. Signs Now was purchased in 2008 by long-time employee Andrew Kohlmann. He and his wife, Amy, run the center with the help of three other devoted full-time team members. Signs Now specializes in creating signage that works for its clients. Whether the signage needs to direct, inform or sell, the team makes sure that it does its job! Having a strong team allows the company to create memorable signage which helps clients "Stand Out in a Crowded World".

Andrew Kohlmann
In 1996 Andrew began his career at Signs Now while a Career Tech Center student. While working full-time he earned a degree in Graphic Arts with a strong focus in fine arts from NMC. During his tenure he helped Signs Now win the Circle of Excellence Award, two Builder's Exchange Awards of Excellence and four sales growth awards.

Amy Kohlmann
Amy grew up in Frankenmuth, Michigan. Amy graduated from U of M with a degree in dental hygiene. Amy and Andrew were married in July of 2007. Amy works part time as an office manager at Northern Shore Perio while also taking care of the bookkeeping needs of Signs Now. In her "free" time she takes care of nine month old daughter Annabelle. Andrew and Amy are expecting another child in May or June 2010.

Chris Feys
Chris worked in the quality control department of an automotive parts manufacturer for years before joining the team at Signs Now. He has been with Signs Now for nearly eight years as our production manager and installer. Because of Chris' background and experience he's very good at identifying potential problems and working to solve them. Chris and his wife Sandy are foster parents through Child and Family Services and enjoy supporting children in need.

Darby Terpstra
Darby received a Bachelors in Business with a major in Public Relations From Ferris State University. Darby met her husband, Ben, while in college. Darby started with Signs Now in 2008 after going through a rigorous interview and testing process. Darby's skills and passion show through in her work and efforts.

Whitney Bull
Whitney graduated in 2009 from MSU with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising with a focus in Graphic Design. Although computer graphics is her specially she is also skilled in acrylic painting, charcoal and drawing. Whitney has a unique sense for space, movement, balance, color, shape and style. Whitney started with Signs Now in the summer of 2008 as a Customer Service Representative. Whitney's strong skills and dedication earned her the position of Graphic Designer shortly after graduating from college.

Chewbacca
Donated to Big Brothers Big Sisters and re-purposed as an event ambassador. Hobbies include standing still for long periods of time and loitering in showrooms and special events.
